The world health organization has enlisted eating dis s as part of the bio-psychological diseases that cause death or result to other life threatening conditions. Eating dis s are based on poor eating behaviors leading to diseases and situations of food deficiencies and could be manifested in eating too little or too much. These conditions have been attributed to poor body images which lead to progressive lack of self-esteem and the consequent self-harm and other Secondly, when individuals poorly consume food and fail to meet the minimum nutritional requirements they affect other crucial biological processes such as child bearing in the case of women patients. There is enough research that suggests that eating dis s have little to do with the biological processes. It is therefore necessary that the current health departments embark on having accurate understandings towards the dis s. Although the acknowledge of the article is not easy to understand and follow, Karin and Megan (2018) demonstrate an effect article because they provide useful evidence, and the example of article is impressive.
In 2018 Karin investigated on the possible links between the cultures and the prevalence of eating dis s in societies. The research sought to identify the role of culture as a factor in influencing the psychological decision making of the individual. The researcher adopted a systematic review where he reviewed various works of research with each district study proving a unique body of knowledge in determining the link between eating dis s and different elements of cultures. The scholar identified that diseases emanating from poor eating habits were linked to culture through the aspect of pop culture. This kind of a culture is the most acceptable and subscribed by a certain people for a certain period of time. The scholar goes on to suggest that such association between food and acceptability in a culture is largely the conception of the ideal body type, everyone strives to have a body types that is pleasant and valued (Karin, 2018).

This research work by Karin states that in the pursuit for human acceptability in a culture, human consciously and unconsciously heavily adjust the feeding system and end up developing a psychologically attributed dis of eating. The gradual enhancement of these behaviors result in the development of complex psychological conditions such as anoxia, bulimia, among others are mainly affecting women based on the current pop culture. This conclusion is logically founded on two crucial premises. First, cultures spell out acceptable bodies and those that are unaccepted in women. Secondly, the society has more emphasis on the physical appearance more than is the case of men hence the high preference of eating dis s in female teens and you adults. This scholar adopts inductive reasoning where they seek to understand to build a new model but not staging the case of an already existing one. The validity of this research is therefore largely based on the solidness of the arguments put forward.
The logical persuasiveness of this article and the various proposals made by the research are based upon the excellent organization of the information provided. The scholar develops headings and sub-headings that separate ideas and establish a seamless flow of ideas and thoughts with each leading to the other. Such a choice of organization is vital as it draws elaborate and effective mind maps in the minds of the audience making them understand more easily than other poorly organized subheadings and ideas. In the entire paper, Karin follows each idea with key transitions to indicate the flow of ideas in the minds of the readers. In the research the researcher develops and advances their arguments with each idea leads to the other. In this publication, there a deliberate attempt by the researcher to lead each reader through the numerous valuable concepts of the differently established principles as sourced from the many reviewed bodies of research. Most interestingly the researcher has established the correlation of the disease and certain
The prior acknowledgement of the effectiveness of this research in helping the medical fraternity fully understand the source and manifestation of the eating dis is based on the presentation of strong evidence to suggest to important insights and trends. First, the researcher provides several researchers of the past indicating the cultural contexts that are related to feeding. The paper secondly adopts the overwhelming evidence that depicts the attitudes of women towards their bodies as compared to those of men. Consequently the researcher goes on to seek the established of a new understanding that would easily cure eating dis s in their different types and forms. It is not only the nature of evince provided by the scholar in the article but also the scholarly authorities of those that are behind the works of research adopted. All the scholars who have developed the web of evidence provided by the scholar are works of high repute building on the credibility of the general proposal’s ability to shape health care in the contemporary times. Furthermore, Karin only considers the prioritization of relevant evidence in a bid to give the study a focus and direction.
In conclusion Karin’s article is reliable in its pursuit of assisting policy makers to understand eating dis s and use this knowledge to develop effective models of managing this nature of human disease or health condition. The article provides a wide scoped understanding of eating dis s by establishing a crucial link between the female ideal body image or type and the highly preference of these conditions in female members of any given culture. Secondly, provides a basis upon which future research will be based on in the course of developing a reliable body of knowledge. However, more research needs to be conducted to examine the universality of culture given the uniform susceptibility of women to eating dis s across all cultures in the globe.
