As a management consulting firm specializing in compensation solutions you have been hired by your chosen organization to conduct an analysis report your findings provide realistic recommendations for solutions and present your work to the organization’s management team. Your task is to assist the organization with creating a new total compensation program for the organization or making changes to the existing program. Pertinent internal & external environmental factors and what their impact is particularly those related to and impacting the total compensation structure for employees. Description history and discussion of the organization’s leadership philosophy culture strategic goals and objectives how they are communicated and supported. Description history and discussion of the total compensation/reward system. Does the system support the strategic goals and objectives what are the limitations disadvantages and advantages? What is the communication strategy for the system? How is the compensation program/system related to performance? How are decisions made how are evaluations done. Does the performance management system complement/enhance/deter from the pay system. What roles and degree of participation do the various constituencies within the organization have in the total compensation program? Realistic recommendations rationale for those recommendations and what support the organization will need to implement.
