Leadership – Individual Report

For this report, you need your learning plan.
And you need to choose the leadership role that you would like to occupy within the next five years.
Some again would be an aspiration. Okay, and the second step.
Is that you look at your learning plan and do a critical reflection on whether your learning plan would enable you to take on that leadership role.
Your third step is a result of that analysis to produce a report that details your evaluation of your learning plan.
And your executive summary, appendixes and your references are not included in your word-counts.
Executive summary i.e., summary of the whole report. It should be written last. Unlike a conclusion, the executive summary needs to include a brief overview of all the stages of the report, not just the results.
Your executive summary should be not more than a page.
So, in your introduction, you must at least make sure that you’ve explained what each of those questions is asking you to explain.
So, you introduce their evaluation framework, the findings your conclusions and recommendations. You just introduce them.
Now let’s start by looking at your word count is 1100 words and must not exceed.
There are four sections in the 1100 words.
Now introductions take up 200 word-count.
You will have three sections left 1. your evaluation framework, 2. the evaluation findings and 3. your conclusion/recommendations (200 word-count). You will have 700 word-count left to write your evaluation framework and evaluation findings.
There is something called the impact triangle. I.e., have you put enough in to get the outcome and the impact that you desire?
Any evaluation, any critical evaluation requires you to look at your strengths, your weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
I’m interested in seeing that you know how to use tools to take self-assessment and understand how to evaluate and analyse.
I want to see that you use broad and relevant references including the key readings. Note: I have uploaded the following essential files:
1. Assessment – Individual report (contains the role I want to occupy within five years, the organisation I have chosen and full detailed instructions for the assignment report).
2. My completed learning plan, which you will be using to write the report.
