In the context of knowledge management, it should be understood that knowledge is more than just practical knowledge. It includes terms and values, attitudes and attitudes, intuition and emotions, experiences and skills, as well as expectations and intentions. They represent our identity and personalities that guide and determine our personality and group behavior.
