1. Tell us a little about yourself? Don’t talk about personal items

I have worked with mentally ill adults for over 20 years, both in the community and in a locked facility. My employment includes crisis casework, case management, mental health specialist, social work, and clinical administration.

I have provided direct services since 1992 and continue to provide clinical coordination coverage in an inpatient setting.

2. What are your greatest strengths

Leadership knowledge and experience in the mental health industry;

3. What are your weaknesses?

Being able to separate work.

I have to create methods to help transition from work to being off. These mothods save me countless sleepless nights and overload with work’s challenges.

4. Why are you interested in working for [insert company name]?

Treatment and rehabilitation have evolved over the years. I will be happy to be a part of its continuous changes.

I have worked with individuals in a psychiatric facility and in the community as a clinical administrator.  I have also worked with individuals who were pretrial as a social worker and as a clinical administrator. This will be an excellent opportunity to put these skills and experience in a more challenging atmosphere.

5. Why should we hire you?

I have worked with both acute and chronically mentally ill adults and adolescents in an inpatient setting from 2006 to 2010 and then from 2012 to present.

As a clinical administrator, it was my responsibility to provide some guidance and direction to a treatment team comprised of various disciplines. Additionally, I provided clinical supervision to social work interns when asked. I believe all of these skills and experiences can add to Saint Elizabeths Hospital to enhance the services provided to it’s individuals in care while keeping it’s employees motivated.
