Reflect on how the judicial branch impacts policy decisions and how their positions influence future court rulings.Review the article, To Preserve Meaningful Judicial Review. Consider the role of the judicial branch in the creation and execution of law and public policy.Review the assigned pages in Chapter 10 of the course text, Administrative Law and Politics: Cases and Comments. Think about how the courts resolve disputes and how this impacts the creation and execution of law and public policy.Review the handout, “Fundamentals of Law and Public Policy Resources” (Provided in the Introduction area).
