THIS is a Supply Chains course within the e- Business, computer science and Technology that is involved, so your answers must in all these aspects not only one of them.

The report is expected to be in the form of a business report of 2,000 to 3,000 words. Be sure to include an executive summary to your report (of no more than 250 words).

You will be required to select a technology, methodology or tool that has been discussed in Weeks 1–5 of this course and complete the following:

1. Define the technology, methodology or tool using academic literature.
2. Summarise the evolution of that technology from when it was developed until this point in time.
3. Summarise the benefits and challenges associated with that technology as per facts from the academic literature.
4. Explore the risks associated with that technology.
5. Outline a brief and general implementation approach for that technology.
6. Present a summary of a case study of that technology being used in an organisation, either domestically or internationally.
7. Identify some of the potential future developments of that technology.
