Air transport Market analysis and forecasting

I’ve attached an assignment brief and an excel files for the forecasting techniques and graphs wanted. i have to strictly stick to the brief. for the market analysis aside from the brief. I’m supposed to say what type of airline they are. give an assessment of where they are in the market and their relative strengths and weaknesses. in the wider context of growth and recovery . what does this mean for the markets and the chosen airline operated in. what do they expect in terms of recovery. what will their future look because of those. second section. pick a couple of those technique and critique those why they are more appropriate and inanoppriate. why some are better for long term scenarios and other better for short term scenarios. why the methodology (delphi method) I have chosen has been the most appropriate for that task and why I discounted other alternate approaches. for the forecast section the graphs are supposed to be broken down in each different regions and they are supposed to have different scenarios. One optimistic and pessimistic and all the graphs must be broken down in different regions for both scenarios to shows growths or regression. like after the 10 year forecast grapgh break down graph into smaller grapghs show the individual growths and regression for each region(europe asia pacific south America north America and so on) like for example maybe emirates would have a bigger growth in indian subcontinent than europe . all assumptions must be clearly stated for all the forecast (such as emirates does not fly domestically) There is a structure a table, in the assignment brief, it contains in detail what each section has to have
