There were four chapters, chapter 9 has one question which is an article review assignment, this should be 3 pages double spaces by itself, on the other hand chapter 11 and 12 has 2 questions each. And you just have to provide answers of those questions in a paragraph. this should be write in the same document. there is another discussion board question as well at the bottom to answer.
