The plan explanation is fine some clarity is needed in the chart to explain the time frame. You included how many days things might take but how long should this entire study take and how much time passes between each step you have listed? Moving onto the considerations sections each one has quite a bit of definitions and explanations about things that the reader would already know about. For example you listed what the consent letter needs to say instead of how you will get the letter out to your participants. The IRB explanation is off you need to tell what steps you need to do in to conduct your study. Both of the remaining section are the same lots of information about what things are instead of what you are going to do to keep your participants safe while in this study. I hope that makes sense.
