The DRP (Developing a Research Proposal) Paper is a major cumulative assignment in our course. Either by yourself or in a group write a college-level research proposal that applies the materials learned from our course (lectures readings discussion sessions etc.). The paper should use the DRP Paper template (Links to an external site.) as a model and follow additional specific guidelines listed below. The assignment is a proposal to research your sociological topic(s) of interest. You are not expected to actually carry out the research. The number of students allowed in a group is noted in the course Syllabus under “Assessment”.
