They will develop and correctly implement certain major strategies in to make effective decisions. The management will have a tremendous responsibility to successfully handle transactions, projects, connections with customers and consumer reactions whenever they properly follow the instructions (Allan & Grisso, 2014). The culture and ethical values of business will certainly be implemented among employees, teams and divisions. They will describe the organizational plans and functions of the business clearly. The outcome is positive if the entire team of workers follows such instructions.
