The increasing concern of UAE companies both public and private to enforce Emiratization has opened the opportunities for researchers to understand the adoption of emiratization as a policy and what significant training and development programs are being held by the companies to enforce its execution. The commitment of the companies to encourage UAE nationals to exhibit their talents at private and public sector and be part of nation’s ongoing development is the core idea behind emiratization so the increasing consideration towards emiratization as a key priority operating in the country has laid the foundation for this research.
This research will focus the execution of Emiratization at SERCO being the public transport service provider and what rate company is incorporating to boost UAE nationals to be part of this organization. The research will focus on implementation tactics and possible challenges faced by the organization in reaching the talented emirates and if the company is prepared to boost its national workforce through adequate training and programs on concept of Emiratziation.
The research will undertake a broader scope perspective and will undertake the reviews from SERCO employees and executives regarding application of Emiratization at this company and literature review will be employed to understand the standing of this increasing trend in UAE.the views will be recorded, tabulated and interpreted and evaluated to reach final results for this target population will be selected randomly at SERCO.
