The WBS has been completed and It shows the effort hours and hourly rate of pay for the various skills needed to address each task in the WBS The other is an Agile project that has a Project Roadmap showing two major releases with three sprints in each release. The Agile development team consists of 4 developers and a business analyst who is largely responsible for design/UI and QA tasks. You may use the same pay rates you see on the spreadsheet for this Agile team. Create the budget for both projects. Include things OTHER than just the teams pay — like overhead for the Project Manager and time for the scrum master. Include any software hardware or other expenses you think need to be included in the project. Remember risk and the weekly Pizza Friday morale booster that both teams like. With these other items I am more interested in the categories you include than what the costs are — as long as the costs are reasonable. Write a BRIEF comparison of how you approached the two budgets differently for each project. If you need to submit multiple files please zip them together into one upload file. Depth of Thought will be based on the amount of detail that goes into the budgets and how much detail you provide in the comparison Tools and Techniques will include the quality of the formatting/presentation of the costs for an Executive audience and accurate calculations.
